MRI Training

TRAINING TO OPERATE THE SCANNER INDEPENDENTLY

1. Because of the human safety concerns and potential damages to sensitive equipment,
   only Certified Personnels, with explicitly written permission, are allowed to operate the scanners independently.
   
   
2. To become certified, one must attend hand-on training session and perform
   MRI experiments with an MR staff for at least 40 hours, which may dependent on your background. To get training, please contact our office (a typical training will involve MR safety, shadowing on experiments and performing experiments).
